Electronic Timekeeping

Overview

UCSB’s Electronic Timekeeping system gathers employees' time and attendance information electronically and exports it to the campus payroll system. The system includes Kronos Workforce Central and the Timekeeping Manager Assignment Application (TMAA).

To access the Electronic Timekeeping portal, visit timekeeping.ucsb.edu. 

Special Considerations

Support is provided to Payroll Managers and Timekeeper-level users, not directly to end users, e.g., students, managers, etc.).

Visit the IT Services Catalog at ucsb.service-now.com/it for functional and technical support. Select Enterprise Business Applications, then Electronic Timekeeping. Training materials are provided on the timekeeping website and will soon be listed on the Learning Management System (LMS).
