Cable
Television
ITS Communications Services, in partnership with Cox Communications, provides cable TV service to campus offices and labs, including standard channel access and a discounted bulk-rate option with a one-time installation fee per outlet.
After subscribing to Communications Services Standard Service, departments can add Premium, Digital, or Pay-Per-View services directly through Cox Communications, which handles ordering, billing, and support and requires departmental billing arrangements prior to installation.

Telephone
Services
ITS offers a wide range of telephone services—including single- and multi-line systems, voicemail, conferencing, and advanced call routing—to faculty, staff, offices, labs, and campus housing residents.
Requests for new cable TV/telephone services or modifications to existing services should be submitted through ServiceNow
Campus Cellular Services
ITS supports departments in establishing cellular service by assisting with carrier selection, devices, billing and payments, and offering optional concierge support to assess needs, recommend plans, and manage ongoing service relationships. If you have questions about cellular service, please submit a ServiceNow ticket.
Radio Services
Two-way radio services are available to departments with a need related to campus life safety services. All radio use must have consultation and approval with Communication Services.
