Free User Account: Free users have the ability to view and/or edit the items they have been shared to, but they do not have the ability to create their own items without a license.
Licensed User Account: A Licensed user is a paid user who can create new items in Smartsheet including sheets, reports, and dashboards, and share them with others.

To access the apps for the first time, you will need to go to the URL’s directly below the description and login. After the first login, these can all be launched from within the Smartsheet Application Launcher - the 9 dots on the left-hand side rail of the standard Smartsheet app window.
